End of Support for the SRC Pro 1000
FORT Robotics will discontinue the SRC Pro 1000 on September 30, 2026. Starting on September 30, 2026, FORT Manager will no longer support that model. Specifically, from that date you cannot:
- Register an SRC Pro 1000, including a replacement unit.
- Obtain a firmware update for an SRC Pro 1000.
- Create a new configuration that contains an SRC Pro 1000, or change an existing one.
- An end-of-support model also does not receive features added after its support ended. Device logging is one example: it arrives with a firmware update, and FORT publishes no further firmware for the SRC Pro 1000. For more information on what logging provides on supported models, see Using Logs.
An SRC Pro 1000 that is already deployed keeps the configuration and the firmware it is running. It does not stop working on September 30, 2026, and its safety function is unchanged. What ends is the ability to change it from FORT Manager.
After the end of support date on September 30, 2026, the following will still continue:
- Covered repairs under the terms of the product warranty.
If you need continued configuration support or additional functionality, transition to the SRC Pro 1003, which adds Long-Range Bluetooth capability. For more information, see Device Models and Communication Methods
